It is Brechbill & Helman Construction Company, Inc's. firm belief that our employees are our most important asset and that the preservation of our employee’s safety and health must remain a constant consideration in every phase of our business. It is this company’s intent to provide a work environment as free of hazards as possible for our employees and the employees of other contractors on our projects.

Quality, productivity and safety are the responsibility of every Employee from Executive Management to Field Laborer. Employees must be aware of hazards associated with their jobs and follow recognized safe work practices, including the use of personal protective equipment when necessary.
