The Berkeley County Judicial Center began as a 72,206 square foot brick structure. With renovations and a new 50,400 square foot addition, this project enhances their presence while maintaining local character.
The Berkeley County Judicial Center now houses nine court rooms and seven hearing rooms for the magistrate, circuit and family courts.
Furthermore, this 122,600 square foot center contains the entire Judicial body of Berkeley County. As a result our client’s goal to include all Berkeley County offices into one centralized location was a success!
