PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Brechbill & Helman Construction Co., Inc. is currently searching for a Project Superintendent to provide on-site supervision for commercial construction projects.
Duties
- Oversees all construction processes on-site
- Ensures that all safety rules & regulations are met
- Schedules all inspections and testing agencies
- Ensures that all trades are performing work as specified
- Schedules and coordinates all contractors
- Ensures that all contractors are working toward all schedule milestones
- Ensures that quality work is being performed
- Updates schedules regularly
- Orders materials and schedules manpower
- Keeps daily records of time and activities
- All other duties as required to complete the project within budget and timely manner
Qualifications
- Must have driver’s license
- Willing to travel out of town
- Drug test required
- Self-starter
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
- Organized with time-management skills
- Three (3) years’ experience
- Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
